United Way 2-1-1 provides easy, simple access to health and human services, to give callers an opportunity to give or get help and serves as a hub for community information in times of disaster.  2-1-1 is accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week and available at no cost to all residents of Outagamie, Waupaca, Calumet and northern Winnebago counties.  Translation services and TDD access are available.  United Way 2-1-1 service is free and confidential and our database of resources is accessible on the web by clicking www.211now.org.
